摘要  改进建议(或叫改进机会)推进往往是过程改进的源动力。论述了四个方面—收集改进建议；分类、分级别处理改进建议；改进建议的状态管理和改进建议的统计分析的有效实践。通过这些有效实践，可以管理改进建议的完整生命周期，可持续地提高组织的过程能力。

Abstract: Improvement advice (or improvement chance) are always the power of the 
process improvement, this paper will illustrate the below 4 aspects of effective practices, 
those are collecting improvement advice, handling of improvement advice by classing and 
grading, state management of improvement advice, statistical analyze of improvement 
advice. Though these effective practice,the whole lifecycle of improvement advice can be 
maintained. The process capability can continuously boost.
