摘要  介绍了SC27工作组会议和全体会议概况，总结了中国提案在此次工作组会议上的进展，分析了目前国际信息安全标准工作中的新兴领域和值得关注的热点问题。

Abstract: This paper introduces the overview of  JTC1/SC27 plenary and working group 
meetings in 2009, summarizes the development of China contribution at this meeting,
