摘要  介绍了美国各州电子废弃物回收法律的最新情况，分析了电子废弃物回收立法的基本要素，并对已立法的20个州的电子废弃物回收法规的内容进行了比对。对2009年将要提交的议案进行了展望。

Abstract: This article introduced US e-waste recycling legislation at state level, analyzed 
essential elements of e-waste recycling legislation, and compared such legislation of 
twenty states that have passed e-waste laws. At last, it prospected e-waste bills under 
consideration in 2009.
