摘要  主要研究了印染助剂JFC对染墨工艺和打印色带质量的影响，实验结果表明，印染助剂的合理运用能增强油墨在锦纶带基上的渗透力，使打印色带表面干爽，从而提高了打印色带驳口的耐击打寿命与印迹的耐擦性，使打印印迹的灰度衰变呈平稳状态，使产品性能达到并领先于世界先进水平。

Abstract: This article mainly studied on the affect of textile aid'JFC to inking process and 
printing ribbon quality. The experimental results show that suitable application of textile 
aid can enhance ink penetration on nylon-based ribbon and make the ribbon surface 
dryer and cleaner.Therefore it can help improve wedge beat character yield and scratch
resistance of image. It also lead density decay of gray scale into a stable state, which 
finally make products reach and exceed world's advanced level.
