摘要  在企业信息系统监控的开发及使用中，经常遇到用户业务需求变化的问题，直接影响到监控系统的推广和发展。针对这个问题，提出了一种将规则引擎技术引入监控系统的应用理念，利用规则引擎技术将业务逻辑从程序中分离的特点，使监控系统更平滑地适应用户业务需求的变化，缩短系统开发时间并降低开发和维护成本。

Abstract: In the development and using of enterprise information system monitor, often 
encountered the problem of constantly changing user business requirements, this 
problem effects the promotion and development of monitor system. To address this 
issue, a concept of introducing rules engine technology to the monitor system is put 
forward in this paper, use the characteristics of rules engine technology to separate 
business logic from the procedures, enable monitor system smooth adapt to changes in 
user business needs,shorten system development time and reducing development and
maintenance costs.
