摘要  无线传感器网络中节点很容易因能量的缺失、环境的影响、遭受意外破坏等原因而停止工作，影响整个网络的生命周期，因此网络生命周期最大化成为传感器网络设计的关键。从节点和网络两个方面阐述了延长网络生命周期的一些策略。

Abstract: Wireless sensor would stop working because of energy exhausted; 
environmental influence;accidental destroying and so on, which will influence the lifetime
of wireless sensor networks, how to maximize lifetime of wireless sensor networks 
become the sixty-four-dollar question when designing wireless sensor networks.
Maximize lifetime of wireless sensor networks strategies were discussed and presented
from both wireless sensor and wireless sensor networks in the article.
