摘要  阐述我国地面数字电视国家强制性标准(DTMB)发展现状，介绍了标准的制定过程及配套标准的进展，分析了目前存在的突出问题，提出了进一步加快地面数字电视国家标准应用、推动数字电视产业发展的工作建议。

Abstract:The development of terrestrial digital televison standard(DTMB) as a mandatory
national standard is overviewed in this paper.The process of standard-making and the
development of other parts of DTMB are introduced.Some noticeable issues in existence
are discussed and some advices for the farther accelerate the appliance of DTMB and 
promote the development of the DTV industry are proposed.
