摘要  介绍了软件易用性的概念、国内外发展现状以及已发布的国内外易用性标准的情况。详细介绍了我国正在制定的《系统与软件易用性》国家标准，该标准目的在于建立一套包括评测指标、评测方法及度量方法的软件易用性质量评测体系，且适用于各种软件系统，而非某一特定软件系统。

Abstract:This article introduces the concept of software usability, the development of the
status quo at local and abroad, as well as ease of use standards has been published at
local and abroad. The article introduces in detail the national system and software 
usability index series, which aim to establish a software quality evaluation system for 
usability, including evaluation indicators, evaluation methods and measurement 
methods.
