摘要  目前数字城市建设处于起步阶段，如何维护日益增多的网络和系统等各类设备，保障各个应用系统安全运行，为用户提供良好服务并及时解决出现的问题，将是业务能否正常运行的关键。针对当前信息化运维工作中存在的问题，提出运维体系框架，阐述各部分功能。

Abstract:At present ,in the infancy of the digital city construction how to maintain the 
increasing number of networks and systems, such as various types of equipment, 
protecting the safety of the application systems, providing users with good service and 
solving problem timely will be the sticking point whether the operation would be normally 
run. Aim at the problems existing in the current information-based current operation and 
maintenance, bring forward the operation and maintenance framework, and expatiate
the function of various parts.
