摘  要  认证机构ＯＡ系统的建设与应用是提高认证机构管理水平和运行效率、满足不断增长的认证业务需求的重要手段。阐述了建设OA系统的意义、OA系统的具体实现过程，分析了系统的现有问题和解决对策，提出对系统建设的展望。

Abstract:The construction and application of OA System is the key method for certification
body to improve its standard and efficiency, to fulfill its growing demand of certificating
request. This article demonstrates the meaning of OA System and its implementing
details,analyzes current problems in the system and provides possible countermeasures
and also gives expectations for the system construction.
