摘要  分析了近年来锂离子电池相关标准制修订的最新动态，包括IEC标准、国际运输安全标准等国际标准，日本、韩国和美国等国家的国家标准和行业标准，以及我国的国家标准和行业标准。重点研究了这些锂离子电池标准在安全要求方面的最新变化。

Abstract: The latest trend of Lithium-ion battery standardization is analyzed, by 
researching the international standard, the national standard and industry standard of 
China,Japan,Korea,and USA.The new change and improvement of safety requirements
in these standards is discussed especially.
