摘要  针对基于RFID技术的跨企业物品信息交换与共享、物品透明管理和物流过程跟踪等问题，分析并改进了我国RFID公共服务体系标准架构，并对架构中注册服务标准、编码解析服务标准、检索服务标准和信息服务标准等主要部分做出了详细论述。

Abstract: In order to bond the material flow with the information flow effectively in  inter-enterprise, inter-trade, even the whole society region,to implement effective information
exchange and control across enterprises or between enterprise and other social sections
the RFID Public Service Infrastructure (PSI) Standard Architecture we have proposed is
analyzed and refined in this paper. Basing on RFID technology to implement information
exchanging and sharing across enterprises, transparent management of items, item
logistics process tracking and so on are main problems that the RFID PSI Standard 
Architecture focuses on solving. The main parts of RFID PSI Standard Architecture 
including Register Service Standard, Code Parsing Service Standard, Retrieving Service 
Standard and Information Service Standard are discussed in detail.
