摘要  以ISO 15489为代表的信息资源管理系列标准, 以元数据技术与标准为基础，是电子文件管理领域的重要成果。该系列标准遵循相同的理论、相互引用，从管理原则、功能需求、技术模型、实施要点、存储方案等方面，指导电子文件资源生成、传输、加工、存储和使用等实践，是解决当前网络环境下信息资源共享应用的有益尝试，对研制我国信息资源管理标准具有借鉴作用。

Abstract: Information resources management based on ISO 15489, with meta data 
technology and standards as the core, is the important achievements in digital record 
management field.The serial standards follow the same theories,mutual quotations and 
include the general principles, function requirements,technological reference model and
the key points of implementation and storage etc.These standards form the standards
system which guide the production, transmission, processing,storage and development
of digital record resources. The serial standards are very beneficial attempt of 
information resources sharing application in network environment, which is of some 
reference significance for the study of standards of information resources management 
in our country.
