摘要  IT职业技能标准随着国际IT产业的成熟逐步完善。国际IT技能标准（ITSS）正在深刻影响着我国IT产业的发展。IT从业人员职业技能管理的现状和需求，需要构建符合中国国情的IT职业技能标准。大连信息产业局、大连软件行业协会组织编制《IT职业技能标准》，该标准根据信息服务业特点和IT职业种类，提出标准的技术特点，包括职业种类、职业分类、技能等级、技能培训等。

Abstract: The IT occupational skill standard, is along with the international IT industry 
maturity, consummates gradually. Iinternational IT skill standard (ITSS) is profoundly 
affecting our country IT industry development. The present situation and the demand of 
IT jobholders occupational skill management, need to construct IT occupational skill 
standard of conform to the Chinese national condition. The Standard of IT occupational 
skill prepared by the Dalian Bureau of Information Industry and the Dalian Software
Profession Association, based on information industry character and IT occupational 
category, contains occupational category, skill class, skill level, and skill  training.
