摘要  针对安全生产移动信息处理办公环境的特点，以GPRS/CDMA公用网络平台为基础，利用移动GIS技术并结合无线信息传输技术开发一种新型安全生产移动信息处理系统，实现移动执法、安全生产信息实时采集、传输及处理。

Abstract: In this paper with production safety information on the disposal of the mobile 
office environment for GPRS / CDMA public network platform, based on the use of mobile 
GIS technology in conjunction with wireless messaging technology development, it put 
forword a new type of safe disposal of the production of mobile information system, so 
as to mobile law enforcement, security, real-time production information collection, 
transmission and processing.
