摘要  分析数字音视频标准发展现状与知识产权状况，探索我国数字音视频知识产权面临的机遇与挑战，提出我国该领域工作建议。

Abstract: The current status of standardization and intellectual property rights (IPR) in 
the field of digital audio-visual industry is firstly analyzed. The strategy combined 
standardization with IPR of the developed countries is then studied. Finally,the working 
scheme of domestic standardization and IPR in the area of digital audio-visual industry is
proposed.
