供应商参与回收的闭环供应链优化策略分析

摘要 在对回收产品再处理方式进行划分的基础上,利用博弈论的研究思想,建立了一个第三方负责回收,供应商、制造商同时负责再处理的闭环供应链模型,并且以分散式供应链系统作为初始模型,分别用供应商、制造商合作竞争模式和集中决策模式对其进行优化和分析,研究结果显示了集中决策能够达到整个闭环系统最优。最后建立并分析了集中决策下三方利润分享机制。

Abstract: Considering the product recovery options, a closed-loop supply chain(CLSC)
based on third party take-back model with products remanufactured by both supplier and
manufacturer is discussed in the paper, using the game theory. The model of co-
competition between supplier and manufacturer and the centralized system is used to
optimize the decentralized system. Research shows that the centralized decision is the
most efficient, with profit allocation mechanism established at the end.
