摘要  在实际软件开发中，往往会出现团队沟通困难、软件重用率低下、开发人员各自为政、代码冗余度高、文档不健全等问题，造成的结果是数据丢失、开发周期长、产品可靠性差、质量低劣、软件维护困难、项目风险增加等。软件配置管理为软件研发提供了一套管理办法和活动原则且覆盖了整个软件的开发过程，是改进软件过程、提高过程能力成熟度的理想的切入点。

Abstract: In the actual software development team communication difficulties often occur
the lower the rate of software reuse, developers go their own ways, the high-
redundancy code, documentations do not sound, etc, the result is data loss, long
development cycle, product reliability poor, poor quality, difficulties in software
maintenance, increase project risk, etc. Software configuration management provides a
set of software R & D management principles and activities  and  covering the entire
software development process, so it is an ideal entry point of the process of improving
our software and improve the process capability maturity.
