摘要  介绍电子标签标准工作组的组织架构以及电子标签标准工作进展情况，重点介绍自主知识产权标准的研究与制定情况，提出推动我国RFID标准发展建议。

Abstract: This paper introducd  the structure of RFID Standard Working Group and the 
progress of RFID standard, focused  on the research and development of Independent 
Intellectual Property Rights and put forward suggestions on the promotion of Chinese 
RFID standards development.
