摘要  分析了目前国内CA关键标准的研制状况，详细介绍了可扩展的CA关键标准基础验证研究环境的设计方案。该方案采用了系统功能模块化开发思想，能够满足开展信息安全关键标准的适用性和一致性验证研究工作的需要。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the development of the CA(Certificate Authority) related 
information security standardization, and introduces the design scheme of the scalable 
elementary verification environment of information security standards. The proposed 
scheme exploits the modularization method to develop the system, and can be 
implemented to verify the applicability and conformity verification of information security
standards.
