摘要  描述了基于用例状态变化的挣值法跟踪模型在统一信息系统平台产品标准规范制定过程中的应用，通过该有效实践，统一了项目团队对标准规范文档撰写关键标识点的认识，可有效跟踪标准规范进度状态和进行工期控制，另外不同类型的工作使用同一模型进行跟踪，也降低了项目管理的成本。

Abstract: This article, relates the usage of usecase tracking model in formulating 
standards and specifications, through which the project team unifies the key points of 
standards and specifications status, effectively tracks and controls the project progress
and reduces the project management cost as well.
