摘要  介绍了有关电视机能效的国际标准，以及欧盟、美国、澳大利亚、日本和中国对于电视机的能效要求，并就开机能耗、待机能耗和峰值亮度比对欧美澳关于电视机的能效要求进行了分析和比对，最后阐明了国外能效要求的提高对我国电视机产业的影响。

Abstract: This article introduced related international standards and requirements in EU,
US, Australia, Japan and China for television energy efficiency. Especially, it compared
and analyzed these requirements among EU, US and Australia in aspects of on mode and
standby mode power consumption as well as luminance ratio. At last, it illuminated the
influence of these overseas energy efficiency requirements on our television industry.
