摘要  介绍了我国相关人口信息系统数据结构标准的研究进展，对人口信息系统数据结构标准从数据元属性的角度进行对比研究，总结出目前我国人口基础数据库信息系统建设存在的主要问题、数据结构标准在建设人口基础数据库信息系统和促进数据共享中所起的重要作用以及存在的主要矛盾，提出针对人口基础数据库数据结构标准化过程中可能存在的主要问题以及拟采用的解决方法。

Abstract: The research process of data structure for the population basic database 
information system in China was introduced,and the diferent standards of data structure
for population basic database information system in China were compared from different
views of establishment of the properties of internal data elements, The current main 
problems of population basic database information system and the important functions
and main problems of data structure standards in the establishment of population basic
database information system and the promotion of sharing data were summarized and 
discovered, So the main problems and solutions were proposed in the establishment of
the standard of data structure for occupational hazards supervision information 
system in workplaces.
