摘要  简要介绍了我国信息技术服务业发展现状，在分析国内外信息技术服务业标准化现状的基础上详细介绍了我国信息技术服务业标准体系及相关标准内容，提出了我国信息技术服务标准化工作的总体思路。

Abstract: This article gave a brief introduction to the current status of the IT service 
industry in China.Based on the analysis of current status of the IT service industry in the 
world, introduced the standard framework and relevant standards of the IT service 
industry in China, and provided a general ideal of the IT service standardization in
