摘 要  以保护知识产权为中心，分析了作者所在单位的知识产权与标准化战略，并介绍了可供业界参考的运作模式。

Abstract: Focusing on the protection of intellectual property right(IPR), the author sets 
out to analyze Haier’s IPR combining the standardization strategy. Afterwards, the 
operation model provided for the reference of corresponding field is also introduced.
