摘要  提出了SOA服务分析与设计标准要解决的问题，阐述了该标准的研制思路，从生命周期的角度对服务分析与设计进行了阶段划分，对每个阶段的工作任务、内容进行了详细论述，并对服务建模和文档设计进行了规范。

Abstract:The paper puts forward the problem that the standard of SOA services'analysis
and design can work out£¨elaborating the thought of this standard’s developing. It 
divides the line to a few stages by life cycle, discusses the tasks and contents of each 
stage in detail, and norms service model and the format of it’s files.
