摘要  分析了当前信息通信技术产业对国际标准化的需求，并阐释了JTC1如何结合自身特点采取适应产业需求的标准化策略。同时提出了企业应对当前产业需求和JTC1策略的建议。

Abstract: This paper analyses the need of international standards for information 
communication technology, and how JTC1 gives standardization strategy suitable for 
industry developing with its character. Besides, this paper gives several viewpoints and 
responds for the current industry developing and JTC1 strategy.
