摘要  介绍了SOA的技术、产业和应用及国际标准化情况，重点阐述了我国在SOA国家标准及国际标准化方面的工作进展，并提出了2010年我国SOA标准化的工作规划。

Abstract:This paper introduces the status of SOA relative technology,industry,application
and highlights the progress of China’s SOA national standardization and international
standardization. Based on this, the paper gives a plan of SOA standardization relative 
work in 2010.
