摘要  经过对欧洲电信标准化协会的TETRA协议标准下的DMO(直通模式)的全面研究，参照DMO协议栈的工作原理，设计了一套无中心系统的协议模型。并在DSP集成开发环境CCS2.0平台上，实现了点对点无中继单呼业务。设计模块已经成功嵌入实验室数字无中心移动通信系统中，运行效果良好，充分证明了模块的可行性。

Abstract: After studying the DMOof TETRA protocol standard of ETSI, a new protocol 
model which is suitable for the mobile communication system without centre controller is 
designed. Based on the CCS platform, the point-to-point call process without repeater 
has been realized on the hardware platform.It is embedded in the system of the lab's 
system, which has been well implemented. Its feasibility is proved in experiment.
