摘要  介绍了我国“十一五”期间数字音视频产业发展状况，简要分析产业发展关键问题和技术发展趋势，对国内外音视频技术标准做了介绍。通过分析，说明我国数字音视频标准化工作对产业发展起到重要作用，提出我国数字音视频产业发展与标准化工作建议。

Abstract: The development of eleventh Five-year Plan of audiovisual industry is 
introduced. The key problems and the technology tendency of the industry are briefly 
analyzed. The domestic and foreign standardization is introduced. The analyzed results 
show the domestic standardization plays a great role for the promotion of audiovisual 
industry. Finally, the industry development and standardization working scheme are 
proposed.
