摘要 结合上海宝信软件股份有限公司在争创上海市知识产权示范企业和专利工作示范企业过程中的专利方面所开展的工作，介绍了企业在宣传与培训、“四有制度”建立、专利检索、专利战略的制定的体会，期待探索出一条IT企业专利工作的新路。
