摘要  以液晶显示器为例，介绍计算机显示器能效值的测试方法，分析显示器能效测试的不确定度来源，计算显示器能效值和显示器关闭方式下功耗的测试不确定度。

Abstract: Take the case of LCD monitor, writer studied on energy efficiency of computer
monitor,expressed the source of the uncertainty of monitor energy efficiency,calculated
the uncertainty of LCD energy efficiency measurement and energy consumption of off
mode measurement.
