摘要  基于Web服务的资源重用与过程协同标准化是实现现代服务业规范化发展的核心。鉴于现代服务业尚处于初期发展阶段，通过分析现代服务业资源共性标准需求、过程共性标准需求、资源质量与过程安全标准需求，提出了适用于现代服务业现阶段发展的标准体系参考模型，并提出急用先行的标准项目，旨在探讨现代服务业标准化建设的总体思路。

Abstract:  There are basically two cardinal issues for e-service industry standardization, 
as web-based resources reuse and Process collaboration. At the present stage, the 
newly emerged e-service industry is still under rapid development.We analyze requests
of common standards for resources, processes, resource quality and process security. 
For the purpose of approaching the subject from practical angle, we introduce a 
reference model for standard system construction according to e-service industry
current development, and also suggest some urgent standard projects.
