摘要  分析了当前国内服务器能耗现状及挑战，介绍了国外服务器节能方面的相关标准概况，并剖析了服务器节能及能效评价的发展方向，阐述了国内服务器节能和能效评价标准的推进现状和相关建议策略。

Abstract:  This paper analyzes the current status and challenge faced by the server 
system in China, introduces server power saving standard in American, and analyzes the 
future direction of server power saving and energy efficiency evaluation. It also reviews 
the current server power saving and energy efficiency evaluation standards and looks to 
the future of china strategy in the field.
