摘要  专利战略运用的目标是使专利形成行业的壁垒；运用专利权达到胁迫竞争对手妥协；运用专利权击破对手制造的壁垒。企业专利战略中包含了进攻和防御两大战略，进攻战略中包含了申请、开发核心、外围抢占、评估等各项战略；而防御战略中有大企业竞争中所用的无效战略以及适合小企业的失效专利应用等战略。

Abstract:  The goal of patent strategy is to make the patents be trade barriers; using 
patents property to make our competitors compromise under duress; using patent 
property to break the barriers. Corporate patent strategy includes offensive and 
defensive strategy, offensive strategy includes the application, development of core,
periphery to occupy, assessment and other strategies; the defensive strategy includes 
the disable strategy used in large enterprise competitions and the one which is suitable
for small businesses’ application.
