摘要  电气电子产品用非金属材料的各种性能对电气电子产品的安全性和可靠性起到至关重要的作用。简要介绍非金属材料耐热、耐燃、耐漏电起痕性能的测试方法，并结合电气电子产品相应的标准，分析认证过程中常见的不符合情况，提出应对措施。

Abstract: Properties of non-metallic materials is important role for safety and reliability
of electrical and electronic appliance. Introduce test methods of heat resistance, flame
resistance, proof tracking of non-metallic materials, the corresponding requirements of 
electrical and electronic standards, analysis of some common non-compliance in 
certification, and proposed countermeasures.
