摘 要：介绍了英国电子政务互操作框架和美国联邦企业架构两个电子政务顶层设计报告中关于标准体系建设方面的特点;并基于对比分析，提出在我国电子政务标准体系建设方面应重点考虑标准编制、标准和标准体系动态更新和面向应用标准研制的建议。

Abstract: This paper introduce the standard framework of eGIF (e-Government 
Interoperability Framework) and FEA(Federal Enterprise Architecture).Based the contrast
of the two framework,the aspect of standard working,standard and standard framework
 dynamic renewal, application standard development are purposed in build process 
of national e-government standard framework.
