摘要  介绍了DVB-RCS最终修订版RCS+M的主要内容，该版本增加了FL&RL链路扩频、链路层前向纠错(LL-FEC)等移动技术特性，使该标准即适用于固定接入业务，又适用于移动接入业务。最后介绍了DVB-RCS的发展动向。

Abstract: This paper introduces the main content of the final revision of the DVB-RCS. It 
added some mobility technical characteristics such as the spectrum spreading of FL&RL, 
the Link Layer forward error correction (LL-FEC) etc, so it can be applied to either fixed 
access, or mobility access. At last, the paper introduces the future developing dynamics
of the DVB-RCS.
