摘要  阐述了国内外程序设计语言标准化发展现状和趋势以及工作重点，介绍了现行的重要标准，如C语言、Cobol语言、POSIX语言、POSIX测试方法和测试规程的标准及其发展情况；结合我国该领域的标准化状况，提出了我国在该领域标准化的工作思路。

Abstract: This article introduces the development and the future of the Programming 
Language standardization, and some important programme language’s working 
progressing, such as C language; Cobol language; Posix Language and the testing 
method & testing specification of Posix. According to our country standardization work in
this domain, this paper also suggests some programme language standardization 
working ideas.
