摘要  随着MEMS技术的发展，MEMS传感器的应用越来越广泛，传感器领域的标准化工作思路和技术路线发生了变化。针对MEMS传感器特点，研究了标准质量评定方法，在电子元器件质量评定方法基础上，提出了我国MEMS传感器的质量评定控制建议。

Abstract:  The application of MEMS sensor are constantly evolving as the development 
of MEMS technology,therefore the standardization working theories and technique ways 
have changed in sensor field. This article focuses on the quality evaluation of the
standard method about he characteristics of the MEMS sensors.The methods are 
conduced for evaluating our national MEMS sensors based on some methods the quality
evaluation method of electronic and element device.
