摘要  多时钟域是SoC测试中的一个重要特点。主要研究测试向量从多时钟域转换到单时钟域而用于ATE的测试。转换的核心是对周期化的选择。介绍了三种周期的选择方式，并且分析了他们的优缺点。

Abstract:  Multi-clock domain is one of important features for SoC test. This dissertation 
mainly researched on converting the test vectors from multi-clock domain to single-clock 
domain to be used for ATE. The essential of conversion is to choose the period for 
periodization. This dissertation introduced three methods for period choice and analyzed
their advantages and disadvantages.
