摘要  论述了移动支付的产业现状，分析了当前制约发展的主要问题，强调标准统一、行业协作、信用制度等配套法规完善将促进移动支付产业的规模性发展。最后重点介绍了SIMpass商用解决方案。

Abstract:This paper described the status of mobile payment,analyzed the main problems
which have restricted development, focused on the standards consistency, industry 
collaboration, as well as perfect credit system, and at last introduced the SIMpass
