摘要  基础技术标准是ISO/IEC RFID标准体系的核心。描述了ISO/IEC RFID基础技术标准体系的基本框架，并概述其中核心标准的主要内容；最后，从辅助电源与传感器、移动技术、信息安全三个方面，分析ISO/IEC RFID基础技术标准体系的最新进展。

Abstract:Basic technical standards are the core of RFID standard system in ISO/IEC.This
Paper presents the architecture of technical standard system,and summarizes the main
contents of the core standards.Finally,the latest progresses of technical standards are
analyzed from the aspects of battery-assisted and sensor RFID, mobile RFID, and 
information security.
