摘要  描述了宝信公司MES产销管理系统中采用先进的按合同组织生产的思想,并在吸取相关中厚板钢厂实施经验的基础上，提出准发管理的理念和流程，并对系统的优越性、所用到的技术以及功能流程进行了深入分析。

Abstract: This paper presents the ideas about MES Deliver Commodities of producting 
steel by organizing contracts. Under the foundation of experiencing in several medium 
and heavy plants, this paper introduces the ideology and flow of the Deliver 
Commodities Model. In addition, the superiority of the system, the leading technology 
used, the active process are deeply analyzed.
