摘要  为了保证软件功能测试高效、顺利进行，防范和抵御可能出现的风险，必须制定有效的功能测试计划。以作者多年的测试实践和测试经验为基础，将软件测试理论与实践相结合，对制定有效的功能测试计划的方法和步骤进行探讨，归纳总结了制定测试计划的实用方法和技巧。

Abstract: In order to ensure functional test accomplished and resist risks, an effective 
functional test plan must be designed. This article is based on the author's practice and 
experience in software testing. The author combines theory with practice well. And the 
author discusses the process of how to design an effective functional test plan. At last, 
the author sums up the applied skill of design an effective functional test plan.
