摘要 分析中国RFID基础技术标准现状，提出中国RFID标准体系目标及建设思路，并根据RFID信息系统参考模型，从数据流、控制、管理、测试及信息安全等方面，修订和扩展中国RFID基础技术标准体系框架。最后，给出我国RFID基础技术标准发展的若干建议。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the status of technical standards in China,and proposes the
goal and construction ideas of standard system. Based on the reference model of RFID
system, this paper revises and extends  the architecture of China’s technical standard
system from the data flow, control, management, testing and security. Finally, several 
suggestions are put forward for the development of technical standards in China.
