摘要  针对搜索引擎技术在企业信息共享项目中的应用过程中，对数据源改造的方案、搜索引擎产品技术的引用、客户信息搜索的安全方案等进行了阐述，提出了针对企业进行多数据源进行数据采集、实现信息搜索、信息共享的项目方案，结果表明该方案能够方便地提取多项目数据源，通过个性化搜索需求设置，满足信息检索的需求，提升企业信息的价值。

Abstract: This paper  is to find a solution for the enterpise’s information retrieval,based
on the difference of the enterprise and the web search ,put forward a suggestion 
inculding the constructing of the exists system’s data,the design of the system’s 
security、personalized search. The results show that the solution can solve the 
enterprise’s information search ,and improve the  result of the information search and 
the value of the enterprist’s informaiton’value.
