摘要  信息孤岛已成为制约电子政务信息化发展的瓶颈，如何解决信息孤岛现象，成为目前急需解决的重要问题。山东省从标准入手，提出并建设了山东省电子政务标准体系，为地方电子政务标准体系的建设进行了积极探索，并取得了一定的科研成果。

Abstract: Information isolated island has restricted the development of e-government 
information bottleneck, that how to address the phenomenon of information silos 
become the urgent need to resolve important issues. Shandong Province, starting from 
the standard, proposed and built a standard system of e-government in Shandong 
Province, explored the local e-government construction of standard system, and made 
some achievements in scientific research.
