摘要 如何快速实施SLA管理流程,作为IT服务管理国际标准的IEC/ISO 20000体系只提出了认证上的要求,并没有给出具体的实施指导,不少IT服务组织在实施SLA管理流程的过程中无所适从、难以下手。根据多年实践经验,并结合ITIL理论,从SLA管理流程框架的建立、建立服务目录、服务级别和计费标准、制定客户SLA条款、监控、检验措施及未达标罚则、其他细则五个方面,提出了部署SLA管理流程的20个步骤。

Abstract: How to rapidly implement SLA management processes, as the international
standard of IT service management,IEC/ISO 20000 standard system only paid attention
to the request of certification, but had not offered a specific guidance, this confused
many IT services organizations. According to author's years of practical experience,
and combined with ITIL theory, from building the framework of SLA management
process, establishmenting of service catalog/service level and charging base,
developmenting of SLA terms, monitoring/ inspection measuring and the penalty of not
meeting the terms, and other detail imformation, a total of five asfects, author give a
proposal of 20 steps to implement SLA management process.
