摘要  如何通过标准化手段规范电子政务信息化过程成为电子政务建设的凸显问题。在研究电子政务标准化建设现状的基础上，根据政务服务中心标准体系构建的目标要求，提出了电子政务服务信息化标准体系框架及其主要内容，并对其内部各子体系的关系进行了分析。

Abstract: With the constantly deepening of e-government construction and gradually
establishing of e-government service centers across the country, informatization has
turned into an important component of e-government service center construction.How to
use the standardization methods to normalize the process of e-government
informatization has become a highlight problem on e-government construction.Based on
current situation of e-government standardized construction and the objectives of e-
government service center standard system,we proposed a framework of e-government
service informatization standard system, and analyzed the main contents and
relationships in the standard system.
